Can you please add support for monitoring and downloading from RSS feeds.

Can you please add support for monitoring and downloading from RSS feeds.

curl can already be used to download RSS feeds as they are typically hosted on
HTTP or HTTPS servers.

Actually parsing the XML or otherwise acting on the contents is not a job for
curl methinks.
